Personal Training, Fitness, Strength Training and Weight Management

At Krav Maga Taunton we understand that not everyone works a ‘9 - 5 job’ and getting to regular classes or gym sessions can be a problem.  Some people also prefer the focused attention of one-to-one personal training or enjoy an intensive learning process.

Personal Training (Fitness, strength training and weight management)   

Regular class attendance can also be complemented with personal training in order to focus on personal improvement and fitness.  In either situation, private tuition can offer you several advantages:

 Semi-Private/ Small Group Training   

 At Krav Maga Taunton we also offer a number of choices to allow you to reduce the costs of private tuition by splitting the costs with a friend, colleague or training partner.  Training can be conducted at any private venue/ your home (or outdoors weather permitting) or at a public venue (see note below).

 Your Personal Investment

• Individual lesson - £35 per hour
• Prepay and block book ten sessions - £319
• Small-Group (up to 4 people) £45 per hour session
• Morning or afternoon block session (3 hours) - £87

Note: If training is carried out at a public venue (Sports Hall) additional room/ studio hire cost will be incurred, at the rate specified by the venue owner.  Travel costs of 49p per mile, after the first 10 miles will be charged to cover the costs of one way travel to your location.  

I am available for private self defence tuition or personal training at the following times 09.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. (Early morning and weekend training is available by special appointment only.)
